Help us release a completely new category of meads, and help us get a new location!
A few years ago, Keanu's Mead started with a simple idea: create handcrafted mead unlike anything else on the market.
Instead of following traditional recipes, we began experimenting with premium teas, fruits, herbs and spices to create unique flavour combinations inspired by fantasy and mythology with a modern twist. What started as a passion project has grown into a small artisan meadery with an amazing community behind it.
Keanu and Maya do everything themselves, both artists in their own way, Keanu with brewing, Maya everything that has to do with aestethics.
But we've reached a point where our current workspace simply isn't enough anymore.
Demand for our products continues to grow, yet we no longer have the space to produce enough mead, develop new recipes or expand our range. One of the projects we've worked incredibly hard on—our handcrafted mead candies—cannot even be produced properly until we have a larger production space. We've also been working on a brand new signature collection, that will be an absolute banger. It's based on the Arthurian Legend (14th century) of Sir Gawain and the Green Knight.
We're stuck in a loop where the demand grows, and to be able to keep up we need money and space, but in order to get these things, we need to able to produce more. So we would appreciate all the help we can get, to get out of this loop.
Our dream has always been much bigger than making great mead.
We want to create an entire experience around it. So we need your help.
With your support, we'd like to launch our Signature Collection: our finest meads ever made, each paired with beautiful original artwork, handcrafted gift boxes and a companion book that tells the stories behind every flavour.
Every bottle should feel like opening a piece of a fantasy world.
To make this possible, we first need a larger location where we can safely increase production, create new products and continue growing without compromising the quality that defines Keanu's Mead.

Why we need your support
Our current workspace has become a bottleneck. We're limited in what we can produce, and we can't properly develop new products or expand our range. This crowdfunding campaign is our way of bringing you into our journey and making this dream a shared experience.
