Keanu & Maya have known eachother since 2016, but only began dating in 2022. They quickly became engaged(2022), and got married in 2024. Apart from this brand they created together, they both enjoy good food & video games. They also share a love for (mostly) indie music, and alternative vibes.

Keanu
Keanu has been a jack of all trades his whole life, and has had a lot of jobs over the years, but most notable is that he used to be an IT specialist in medical appliances. He discovered his love for mead by drinking it in the Comic Sans in Ghent, but thought to himself: "you could do so much more with this." And so Keanu's mead was born. He started experimenting with tea infusions, making his recipe's one of the most unique ones in the world.

Maya
Keanu is one lucky guy having found Maya, and settling down with her, since she is a jack of all trades (and master of some) when it comes to art & design. Do you want a painting, drawing, design, woodcutn or anything else? Chances are she can probably do it (well), since she studies 8 years and has a bachelor in fine arts. Apart from making the labels, she sometimes hand prints tote bags or makes giftboxes for the brand and any other merchandise Keanu dreams about.
She's also a big ass history & mythology nerd, loves gothic literature and movies, writes, and will never beat the vampire allegations.
To sum up, they're the perfect pair for creating this different/fun brand of mead.
