3. Druids Garden Mead - 9.5%

For Druids Garden, we opted for a herbal profile—featuring, of course, a rich array of herbs and botanicals that blend together into an incredible taste experience.

You can expect a beautifully unique, sweet herbal mead here—one that is incredibly easy to drink, despite the complexity of its ingredients.

What makes this mead so special?

I think our ingredients speak for themselves:

- Tea: cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, clove, black pepper, nettle, and sencha.

- Herbs/botanicals: mace, clove, cardamom, and caraway seed.

To finish, we added a lovely touch of pandan, basil, lemongrass, and ginger.

As a final touch, we infused the mead with oak wood chips.
